Product Manufacturer’s Warranty
Depending on the specifications of the project and the materials used, we extend manufacturer’s warranties to all our customers. Your contract will clearly delineate the length of warranty based on the product installed.
Documentation
We provide building owners and managers with the following documentation upon completion of every building re-piping project:
As-built drawings showing the location of all newly installed pipes and valves
All inspection reports from the municipal inspectors
A full briefing on the operation of the new piping system
A copy of the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable
