Wow. When I found out our building was getting a re pipe I assumed this was going to be messy and timely. Thank you BMS for making this process seamless I hardly even knew you where there. Thank you Jean for your incredible tile cutting I've never seen such skill.

My strata contracted BMS to repipe in the spring/summer of 2023. The project was completed with no problems. A year later I noticed a small area of tile that was not caulked when the tile was replaced. I contacted them about it kind of expecting just some advice on how to recaulk that area (if I needed to strip the old caulk and do the whole thing or if I could just do that section) since I felt it was partially my responsibility that I did not thoroughly inspect and report the deficiency at the end of the project a year ago when they completed. Instead they just sent someone over the following week and fixed it for us no questions asked. Icing on the cake, the foreman was right on time to the minute for when they said he’d come by. I really respect and appreciate the way they handled this.

Our 99 unit strata building’s domestic re-pipe project was awarded to BMS Plumbing & Mechanical after completing a RFP process. From the two pre-work information sessions held for owners/residents (including BMS’s time estimate and preparation instructions) to pre-work in-suite inspections with each resident to the actual re-pipe and through to the finish of the job, owners/residents expressed satisfaction at the result. Many were pleasantly surprised that the experience was not as negative as anticipated. I would like to commend BMS for their professionalism, excellent communication and customer service. BMS's project management team for this project (Tamara, Jean and Jeremy) were all very professional, knowledgeable and patient in addressing concerns/questions on a timely basis throughout the project. In particular, Jeremy the on-site foreman, always made himself available to address questions/concerns, which owners/residents particularly appreciated. The crew were professional, pleasant, courteous, accommodating and tidy. BMS did quality work, within budget and on schedule.
